We analyzed cybersecurity event websites, studied BSides' global branding, and gathered insights from the target audience to ensure an engaging and informative experience. Research highlighted the need for a visually compelling yet functional design that enhances accessibility and engagement.
The BSides Dehradun website was envisioned as a dynamic, user-friendly platform that reflects the spirit of the cybersecurity community. It aimed to provide seamless navigation, clear event details, and a visually engaging layout while maintaining consistency with BSides' global identity.
Using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop, we crafted a modern, high-contrast design with a hacker-themed aesthetic, incorporating bold typography, dark mode, and interactive elements. Multiple iterations were made based on feedback to enhance usability, ensuring an intuitive experience for attendees.
We closely collaborated with developers to refine UI components, ensuring smooth implementation while maintaining design integrity. The project went through multiple iterations to perfect responsiveness, accessibility, and performance, creating a polished and seamless final product.
